Jcrew.com offers a J.Crew Credit Card as a payment method. However, as of April 26, 2024, these credit card accounts, which were previously issued by Comenity Bank, will be acquired by Synchrony Bank. Due to this transition, new applications through Comenity Bank are no longer being accepted. More information about this change will be mailed in the coming months. Additionally, Jcrew.com provides an EasyPay option for payments. J.Crew has a detailed return and exchange policy. They accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online or in stores for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Return must be received and processed within 30 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed. For your convenience, online purchases may be returned to a J.Crew store. However, J.Crew merchandise cannot be returned to J.Crew Factory locations. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless they agree to credit a different payment type. All monogrammed, personalized, lingerie, vintage, altered or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Upon the return of an item, you will forfeit any rewards applied on that purchase.

As for the shipping policy, J.Crew ships to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected. They offer free standard shipping and handling to J.Crew Rewards members on qualifying orders. Shipping and handling charges are per shipping address. Orders that qualify for free shipping and handling will receive free shipping and handling for all addresses. Please allow up to two additional weeks for delivery of all monogrammed and personalized orders. Their flat-rate shipping and handling fees apply regardless of order size or weight. In some cases, the flat-rate charge may exceed actual shipping costs. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same address or to different addresses), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment, including prorated shipping and handling charges.
